The Creating a Coaching Culture Program is designed for managers and leaders at all levels.

 

It develops the skills, knowledge and attitudes required to effectively coach individuals and teams in the workplace.

The program comprises of a three hour highly interactive workshop that guides participants through the coaching environment. It helps them to create a coaching culture at work and to become a successful coach. It is designed for:

  • Human Resource Personnel

This learning material can be used in a number of ways:

  • By individuals undertaking coaching training independently or in external mode
